The Apostle Islands are twenty-two islands off of the Bayfield Peninsula in northern Wisconsin. Twenty-one of the islands and twelve miles of lakeshore make up the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.
The area is known for beautiful sea caves, historic lighthouses, island camping and exploration, bird watching, searching for shipwrecks, beach combing, pristine natural beauty, deep rooted Native history, amazing fishing and so much more!
Many of the sites within the National Lakeshore are only accessible by private boat or with a National Park Service approved vendor. Pre-planning your visit is highly recommended.
Whether you have a few hours to explore or a week to camp on an island we can help you plan your visit.
Details on our most popular tours can be found on the Choose Your Adventure page or we are happy to customize an outing to suit your needs.
